How to Promote at Reddit

Not with your attitude. You're doing exactly the same thing on this forum that Reddit has a problem with. Every thread you post is selfish, nothing is ever given back to help the community. Requesting something for nothing is unlikely at best.
well tarmack, i kinda like you, you know, you are the only person in this forum that straight to the point, well done.

When I give answer to this forum, no one give a f**k, they rather reply to the person below me, i seen it tons of time, human get fed up, you can go check my reply history.

Tim Schmoyer called Reddit the Fight Club of link sharing. :)

I really do not like Reddit, the community is mean.
I rather spend my time making better videos and improving my channel.

If you have a great video and it gets into the suggested videos on YouTube, you will get FAR more views than 18.000 :up2:
Reddit is a waste of time and a negative place, in my opinion.

Reddit is not mean, it' honest, the community doesn't tolerate people who are out for themselves. Selfishness gets you nowhere.

And Reddit is not about gaining views, it's about learning how you can improve your videos. Since joining reddit I have learnt more about my videos, my strengths and weaknesses, than I would have done without it.

That's my problem with some people who try youtube, they make it all about the views and how many videos they've made. They selfishly promote their videos and don't care about helping others. Helping other youtubers has done my channel some real good and I've gained some friends along the way.

Reddit is for people who want to learn, improve and become a better youtuber. You don't wanna put the time in? You're missing out.

I post my cars and coffee / car content in the cars section, but other than that I stay away from it. If your video does not fit a subreddit perfectly it would be wise to not post it there at all. For the already mentioned SPAM reasons. And if any people on the internet have a nose for those that are just there for the increase in views it's reddit folks.

Everyone else got very straight to the point, if you actually read what they wrote. As several people said - don't post your videos anywhere if you're not going to give anything back to that community - doesn't matter if it's Reddit, Google+, Facebook, etc. You are going to annoy people if you just spam your video and then leave.
