How to Promote at Reddit

They don't get flamed because their videos are bad, they get flamed because they're not helping the community.

This. Reddit is really community based, and not actively contributing to the community aka shameless self-promotion will get flamed.

just to knowledge purpose, if i create a account different with my channel name and post my channel videos on reddit, will it work?

Its all about luck! You need to find a relevant sub-reddit. If you are lucky enough you might get some nice exposure for your channel. You will get much more views from reddit then twitter (well thats what happened with me).
