How To Make 1Channel Banner Non-Pixeled ???

Changing the DPI wont change things on the web, only printing. A 1000x1000 image at 72dpi will be the same pixels as a 1000x1000 image at 300dpi. I think youtube is just compressing the images, although its easier to see depending on how simple your banner is.
