How to get popular on YouTube

Ok, that video posted about tips, was fantastic. Can someone please just confirm for me, as I understand it, when you favorite a video that boxes it right? So if I want to start box for boxing people I just need to favorite their video, correct? Also, that made it clear to me that I need to get the cover songs off my channel. I've only got two it's not a big deal, but at the same time I love both those videos, the problem is, I didn't make them with Imovie, I uploaded them directly through youtube, so does anybody know if there is a way I can some how get them off of youtube and onto my computer so in the future if I'm ever in a position to actually try to get permission to use them I'll have them? Thanks!

I started out in Feb and both myself and my girlfriend are vloggers so we sometimes vlog together and do cross vlogs now and again and that has helped me get my content out there and gain more subscribers. I do daily vlogs

I am just starting out and it does seem pretty difficult. Before I started I thought, "hey i should easily get 1000 views a week". pfffft that hasn't happened :p. I agree with using many other sites like twitter and have great content that people love but I also think that having great quality videos helps a lot. You cannot have a great youtube channel with bad quality videos. It seems to me that Youtube has grown so much and there is so much content out there that, if you think about it, all the viewers are still around who would enjoy your content but theres just so much out there. You can only watch so much in a day :p. Just my thought.

AMEN.... I'm not going to restate it, but I made an analogy earlier about how the difference in quality youtube videos and not quality is the difference between fishing with a sturdy good net, and fishing with a net with tons of holes in it. The promotion may get you around the lake, but the video quality is what ensures your net will catch lots of fish.

There find is many threads that talk promotion, ideas, soccer player, jungle gym, you be can search in forum for them lots of information cotton candy chicken fingers and claps symphonious7



lol.... I had to do that, sorry. But yeah dude, you don't have to just come into a thread about how to get popular and go "someone HELP ME!" No one's gonna take you by the hand and lead you step by step, look through the well of information in our production tips, respond to sub 4 sub if that's your thing, check out the other youtubers here and get to know them, do some collabs, hang out with the community, the more involved you get the more connections you will make, the more you will learn, and the more you will get seen.
