How to get out of RPM

I know there are already tons of posts on here about this, but I have not found a clear answer: How can I get out of an RPM partnership without breaking the contract? My reason is not something stupid like, "I didn't reach my payout ($50) so I'm quitting". My reason is entirely valid, I've emailed them multiple times in the past week with only one response that I received yesterday. I have requested Dashboard access multiple times, and I still do not have permission to use it. After sending them an email requesting to terminate my partnership (due to their bad support), I received this email:

Hi _____,

The system shows that you signed a year contract with RPM on _____ (I crossed it out). Your contract is a full year meaning that your contract will automatically renew on _____. You must notify us that you will not renew your contract at least 30 days prior to the start of the renewal date. Please contact us closer to the 30 day deadline and we'll be able to accommodate your request.

Is there a reason you're looking to un-partner? Let us know and we can try to help you the best we can.

Thanks,
Lawrence

Is emailing them requesting to leave not going to work? I sent them this email a few minutes ago:

Hi RPM,

I am requesting to terminate my partnership with you. I am not happy with the support I received and I would rather be with another partner. Please unpartner me as soon as possible. I am not sure if there is anything you guys can do to improve my experience, and I don't want to be a partner with you guys for another 7 months. I might consider coming back later, but I want to explore other options. I really hope you guys understand.
Thanks,

Well you signed a lock in contract and its very unlikely they will release you and although your reason may seem valid there isn't a point in the contract where it states "you will receive dashboard access within X amount of time" (as far as I'm aware anyway).

In an email I received from them...
" You will be receiving a invitation to the dashboard shortly." That was seven days ago. In an email request I sent to them six days ago:
"We are experiencing a high volume of emails at this time, so it may take 48-72 hours to receive a response". It's been about 144 hours...

I agree that it is poor service don't get me wrong I am not denying that, what I am saying is that unless there is a clause in the contract that says "if you do not get provided with the dashboard within x days" then you cannot leave purely for that reason and it will be up to them whether they release you or not, I have heard of people being released before their contract is up although it is very very rare.

you can ask them to stop the contract from renewing after the year and then just wait? if you're planning on stopping youtube. Then just leave the account and tell them you're stopping and they will normally just terminate the contract once they see you're channel isn't getting views :)
