How to get out of RPM

The only way would be if they didn't deliver on something that is promised in your contract, cause then THEY would be breaching the contract and you could take (or threaten with) legal action.

Bad support response times is something that one can expect from a network which has "live on a planet on which YouTube exists" as their sole sign up requirement, though...

The system shows that you signed a year contract with RPM and since your contract is a full year meaning that your contract will automatically renew on the date your were partnered. You must notify us that you will not renew your contract at least 30 days prior to the start of the renewal date. Please contact us closer to the 30 day deadline and we'll be able to accommodate your request.
