How to get more subscribers?

Since I've been using ''Subscribe here'' Annotations in my video my subs went craaaazzy!
Everyone should do this ;-)

Watch one of my videos for example. Even tho it's in Dutch.

i think there are ways to get more subs and thats easy, ( really easy )
but i prefer to have 20 subs that actually WATCH my videos rather 500 who dont!

i think subing nowdays has become hard, due to the way youtube evolved, back in 2007's people actually voted on a video,commeting etc, it was kinda more "closed" community. Nowdays all this mass poured into destroyed that.
 
Yeah, I agree with aviectus! You can spam all your facebook and twitter friends to subscribe and what will you eventually get without views?

I currently have 73 subbs and only 50 % watch my videos. There is my problem :)
So, don't worry about it! Just keep uploading and people will notice it, sooner or later ;)
 
You should all use Annotations and add a Subscribe link in it in your video, you will get crazy subs ;-)
 
try sharing you videos on forums and try to become more popular on forums to have more people come watch your videos
