A copyright strike is a punishment. You don't get to remove it. Deleting the video won't help. Only the copyright owner that issued the DMCA takedown can request that YouTube remove the strike, and why would they do that?
The rest of you that are giving advice without knowing what you're talking about need to stop. There is no replacing audio, or any other such nonsense with a copyright strike. You're talking about a third party content match which is totally different. If you want to give advise on these matters, educate yourself first please.
