Haters gonna hate! The sooner you realize that there are people out there who just love to post nasty comments on your videos, the better.
How should you deal with these individuals? Simple: don't listen. Unless they give constructive feedback, go ahead and ignore the heck out of em.

Douchebag666 comments - "why don't u just stop makin vids, do us all a favor, this @#$! sucks!"
(Enter your username here) comments - " "

It's easy to give in and fight back against these jerks... much more difficult to let it go and carry on. But in the long run, your channel's reputation will be better off because you simply remained silent, and let your future, improved videos do the talking.
