how relevant snapchat is..?

Hey guys,lately i see a lot big youtubers and instagramers putting a lot of emphasis in their snapchat profile/activity,and i was wondering,must be really big if half internet share it . But the fact that your allowed to upload just 10 seconds/or so videos,is kind of a pain in the a** , don t you think?
one thing is to post a photo ,another thing is to upload a video during the day after no "pre workout" if you know what i mean.. If you re a blogger and you decide to log the entire day it s ok because you re already in the mindset of vlogging,so you can act and be funny al the times during the video,but on snapchat...
let s say for instance that you had a pretty normal morning routine,done your staff,but had a quite day,are you gonna be able to start acting in front of a camera for several seconds trying to be interesting from one second to another..? i can't tell,i just find snapchat pretty pointless for a youtuber who has to be in the character all the time in front of a camera..
but the point of the thread still remain the same.. how relevant is in your opinion..!??

I would venture to guess that Snapchat, like some other people here have said, is mostly just for fun. It probably doesn't do much practical value in terms of building a successful YouTube channel.

Your very topic was about getting a perspective on whether Snapchat was relevant to other youtubers was it not? Well I wrote my insight and many top entrepreneurs like Gary Vee would support it, that you shouldn't stay attached to just one platform, whether it'd be youtube or any other. You should consider what's the biggest trend out there and try to position yourself there. I recommended those apps not necessarily for you, but for those who are interested in growing their community in Snapchat, as I understand that many are unaware how to do it.
