Being "picky" can be good, but if it's stopping you from releasing a video consistently, then your focus should be more on just improving over time. Things will become easier over time and give you room to grow and expand the quality of your vids. A year from now, look back at one of your current, more "picky" videos and you'll realize that it doesn't even stand to compare to the videos you'll be releasing then.
