How often do you upload?

I am currently averaging a video every 3 days, but I want to try 4 times a week consistently, especially in the early days, so that I actually have some content people. With more content, people will be more confident subscribing, as they'll know I''m consistent.
 
I upload as often as I can and try and post 2 videos a day. I work a full time job so I have to get uploads in well ahead of time to give myself a buffer for when I cannot upload or record.

I would love to have that problem. Right now I am making as many videos as I can (6 a week) just so I have more of a chance of someone actually finding my channel.

Yeah but you have to think long term. I don't plan on any real growth until a year out of me hustling and if it happens before then great

Had a look at your channel and I've got to say you have pretty good quality content on there. And the consistency is great, definately worth subscribing to. I think people end up subscribing when they find value in whatever they watch. Just be patient because eventaully you will gather your own little tribe of people that love specifically what you are putting out and the feeling of having a community of your own trumps forcing the masses who may not be interested in your content to follow you. Initial stages the numbers game plays tricks on your mind but you will eventually get your tribe going. Patience, value and content my friend :)

I know it takes a while, yet I've been doing this for 4 years now, so growth is really slow.
