How much time does it take to "get the ball rolling" using YouTube

Yeah, I've actually seen that guy. Never really checked him out though. We aren't really a gaming channel so not sure how much his story relates to us. But yeah honing your craft is definitely important and something I myself and my group have been doing. We started YouTube to hone our skills in fact.Trying to get feedback on what people like.

Another thing you may be noticing is that while there is plenty of really great advice around- especially on YTtalk- but what works for a cooking channel or a gaming channel or a pets channel etc- may not be relevant for your channel. It is probably worth checking out your competition to see what they are doing too.
