To be clear, Fullscreen, and probably every other network, do not collect taxes. They do report your earnings to the government and it is the content creator's responsibility to file the proper tax returns. If the channel is technically assigned to a parent or legal guardian, they they are responsible for the earnings/taxes.

youtube is not about the money!!! Its about the fun and making friends!!! If you just want the money and dont really care about anything but getting money from youtube, your not going to get very far!!!
