Aw, My finance does not have enough to buy a new pcbut i got about $300
Google JackFrags Steambox and watch his video. That's a good build but is 300 pounds. Raise some money else you're not going to be able go record anything!

The motherboard doesn't make much of a difference. You need a new PC period.

Yes, but with what you`re working with and your budget you arn`t going to be able to do a decent upgrade either.

specs are pretty low, I`d save up until you have 500-800$ and then buy a semi-decent PC
