How long does it take your videos to upload?

Thats how it is for me! Seriously anything under 7 minutes is fine.. 8? 9? the minutes practically get higher then lower lol. I want google fiber so bad =[ I have AT T -__- Dont even ask for my upload speed lol..

For Me A 20 Min 500Mb Video Takes 20 Mins.

It depends on your internet. When I upload my 10 minuet gaming videos it takes over 500min. but when it's a video less then 7min. it takes like 45min. :/ This is why I want Google Fiber

dafuq is google fiber? are you in the USA? that might be why I don't know it I have BT Infinity 2 it's like the fastest internet provider in the UK

Sometimes one of my 10 minute gaming videos can take up to 500 minutes to upload, and I think its pretty ridiculous.

Anyone know of a way to make it upload faster without reducing quality? How fast do your videos go up?

If you are using Vegas or a rendering program that has more custom options, check out the thread:

It has a custom profile set up for you to follow if you want to keep quality high and reduce file size.

As for my videos, it's in 1080p, 30fps, mp4. And a 5 minute video typically takes 15 minutes at 5MBs up.

I couldn't tell you what codec is best to use then. But there is a program called handbrake that will compress your video and help out your upload time.

Well, yesterday it took me only 241 minutes to upload a 10-minute video... my internet is pretty decent at 1 upload/3 download *sarcasm*
My friend told me about a video compression program but I forgot the name of it so I'll get back to you on that.
