How long does it take for you to make a video?

Set-up: 2-5 mins just to make sure audio levels are okay.
Average recording duration: Depends on the game. It's either 20 mins or two hours, which is then split throughout the week.
Editing (including audio and thumbnail): 10-20 mins. I really only cut out stuff where nothing's happening and then play with the intro/outro.
Upload (Literal time it takes to upload to youtube based on internet speed): On a 20 minute video, takes around 3-4 hours. But i upload over night so it's fine.
Upload 2(Tags, description, title, and advertising): 10-20. Really depends on how much I try advertising the video.
Total: Either 5 - 7 hours depending on what I've recording.

Nice! seems like the internet is your only problem. What games do you play?

Dunno if you meant on the channel or just by myself, so here's both answers!

Channel;
Dark Souls II: Scholar of the First Sin
Starcraft II: Legacy of the Void
Cities: Skylines After Dark (Which I'm testing out a new streaming model).

At home;
I'm a total blizzard **** and play all of their games. Occasionally a 4x game like CiV V or Endless Legend.
 
Bit different because I have a music promotional channel, anyway:

Finding tracks: 1 hour
Editing : 20-30 mins
Rendering : 2.5-3 hours
Uploading : 1 hour
Tags, description and stuff : 30 mins
Total near 5/5.5 hours! :D
