How long does it take for you to make a video?

Mine doesn't take too long. I would say it takes 20 minutes to film and 1-2 hours to edit depending on how long my video is
 
I'm a gaming channel. I'd say I usually record a bit, multiplayer games maybe 30 minutes could be 1 no more than 2 hours. single player games with a story i usually record for about 30minutes to 1 hour or depending when i feel like a good stopping point or cliff hanger would be. For editing, if i don't have time or if i don't feel like editing at the moment, i'll wait the next day or 2. But editing non stop takes me about 1 or 2 hours depending how long it is, if i add anything in it or not, etc.
 
It depends on the video. The one I am making today, so far took six hours to film and will probably take just as much time if not more to edit it. Thank God for snow days.
 
My vlogs? 10-30 minutes of recording in my car, heading home or heading somewhere. No time lost there, because when I drive, I drive with a purpose. My CarReviews? 3 hours of filming, editing takes 10+ hours. Cars and coffee? Probably the same amount of editing as my car reviews. These are guidelines tho, it can be way shorter, but also way longer. I tend to use a few days to a week to edit my stuff rather than do it in one day. Full time job > YouTube.
 
I'd be too worried to piece together the total amount of time spent brainstorming ideas and THEN trying to get the delivery where I want it to be in hopes of bringing a few folks a laugh. Totally worth it though. <3
 
It depends on the video. THe Pokemon ones we have doesn't usually take too long to edit, maybe 30-45 minutes at tops. Most of the time is rendering it. xD But then the others like our Minecraft videos or Smash Bros videos, I have to watch through them and figure out what to cut, if I should add anything in so it could end up taking 2-3 hours to edit.
 
It all depends on the video itself, on average I spend about 30 mins recording, 40 mins to an hour editing and about 20 mins doing the description, tags, social media etc
 
It varies for me, it will always be the minimum duration of the video's length but it can be anywhere between 10mins to a few days. I've started creating preset motions in Premiere to cut down time as much as possible. Sometimes it takes even longer when I rewatch the vids a few times to make sure they're good.
 
Writing happens all week and then i take around an hour to film it.

Editing it then takes around 5-6 hours, trying every week to make that shorter though!
