How long did it take you to reach 1k Subs?

Main channel: 7-8 months
New channel: 2 weeks

Main channel is 2 years old & has 14k subs
New channel is 1 month old & has 3.7k subs
 
Took me 4 months to reach 100 and then go to 200 in a month. So by that logic, some time by the end of the year maybe?

Started in November.
 
Its so easy to look at the amount of subs and see that as the only goal but i realized that having the same people commenting and sharing my videos was more important then someone who just hits the sub button. Im not at 1k yet but tbh im not too fussed about it :)
 
Made it today after 6 months of youtube.
I used to be extremely social and talked a lot to people, wrote with others and worked hard to get to the 1k.
After about 500, subscribers started to share my vids more and I have a huuge followbase on twitter which was a big plus for subscribers as well.
:)
 
Nowhere near that sort of subscriber number but hopefully in time... I will one day hit that number!
