Well, I'd have to dig into your channel to give you some advice. If you're interested, you can schedule an appointment to review your channel together on my site, but based on what you've shared here it sounds like you need to do a better job at pitching your channel's value in each video to new viewers.

whats up man ive been watching your channel for a loong time actually and have learned quite a good amount of information from your video's. right now im at around 275k subscribers and are netting around 8 million views a month. im making a full time living off my channel's adsense alone but im not making anywhere near what alot of video creators with my kind of view count would be making. i wanted to know if you could help me figure out the best alternate ways of making money with my type of gaming channel. thanks in advance for any advice you might be able to share with me

That might help give you some ideas.
 
Awesome stuff man. I watch your videos all the time by the way. Some good tips, tricks, info and advice. I'm trying to incorporate them into my own channel.
