How do you run you Facebook group?

So I got the coffee niche with my channel and what I do is get into a bunch of coffee groups. I post a video a week and share that with a random funny coffee picture once a day the rest of the week that I share from my Facebook page. That's helpful it grow pretty well, but what's worked for you?
 
My Facebook page doesn't grow at all lol. It's been sitting at the same amount of likes for about 2 years but I do have a small group of loyal fans that regularly comment like and share.
 
I like to run facebook ads to get likes going to my fan pages. The good part about doing that is it is cheap and you know you are getting the attention of people that have already expressed an interest in your niche. That way going forward anything you post will be high visibility and you can funnel the traffic wherever you want.
