How do you guys stay motivated?

Make sure you love the kinds of videos that you are doing. That's very important, people watching YouTube can see the passion, or lack of passion, behind the video. Then if you're having a hard time staying motivated think of why you started or who inspired you to start. If you were inspired by certain channels, go watch those videos again. Good luck!
 
I generally enjoy the whole process of making videos and then piecing them together. It's just a lot of fun. So it's not hard to keep going.

I could use more motivation for marketing though, I'm awful at it!
 
it's because I am addicted to see my channel grow. it gives me some kind of rush and makes me feel good about myself that some people enjoy watching my vids. simple as that :)

I keep motivated to post videos because I enjoy making them. Although, it can be discouraging to see lack of growth.
 
You must have passion for what you're doing. So when tough times like this happen and you lose some hope, you don't give up completely! :D
