How do YOU guys promote your channel?

I'm just wondering the methods you guys use to promote your Youtube channels. If anyone has a really cool or unique ways of promoting your channel. Post them! The way I promote my channel is through my twitter, this forum and other forums that I'm well known in.

Yeah, forum, Twitter, Tumblr, etc. I do the usual stuff. It probably helps too that I'm decent at SEO, so I might be able to afford doing less promotion than others.

Have you tried Reddit?

I use twitter mainly.I also post on google+ community's even though I don't like google+.
I also tell some of my friends lol

I go to phone boxes in central london and put my card up in them next to 'Londons Finest Dominatrix' and 'Mature and Discreet' because those are where most business men look when they are in the phone boxes

Sure... If you really learn how to use it. There are a few guides around the forums that should help out a bit with that. Reddit can either be your best friend, or your worst enemy (So basically, Reddit can be considered a woman).

LOL! I'll look into it. Hopefully it doesn't become my worst enemy, but knowing my luck I wouldn't be surprised.
