Well... if you're commenting on or critiquing said cutscenes, it falls under fair use and you can battle it ;P Maybe you could re-work your channel to work around that?[DOUBLEPOST=1421561101,1421560858][/DOUBLEPOST]

Back when I started my channel in 2012 I used to battle these claims and always won, sometime in 2013 however I stopped winning my disputes.

Also, one doesn't just simple talk over a cutscene, it ruins the atmosphere.

This is actually a pretty fun way of approaching YouTube's copyright system. Little to none of the boring stuff, more of the important ones with added fun! Thanks for sharing this
