Hi guys! We are brand new youtubers, we haven't done anything like this before. A bit about us, we are 14 year old girls who will mostly video teen chat, tags and nail tutorials. We know it has only been about four days but we still want to achieve higher.
The questions are:- how did you get view and subscribers? and how long did it take before you reached at least 25 subscribers?

A very simple tip - make a "Monster High" and/or "Ever After High" nail tutorials. It will work - I guarantee.

25 subs took me around 3 days or so. Seeing as how you're young and it's harder for younger people to get popular, you'll need a good quality camera and short videos. Nobody will want to see a 20 minute video of you two gurgling about that "sexy football quaterback" (unless that somehow becomes a new trend in 2014, who knows?). Keep the videos 3 minutes or less and make them fast paced and interesting - people get bored easily.

No, no nothing like that haha. It will be if teens have problems or topics we can relate to then we may so a video on it. Our main rule is our videos will never be over 8 minutes!
