How can a newbies get anywhere?

Hi guys! We are brand new youtubers, we haven't done anything like this before. A bit about us, we are 14 year old girls who will mostly video teen chat, tags and nail tutorials. We know it has only been about four days but we still want to achieve higher.
The questions are:- how did you get view and subscribers? and how long did it take before you reached at least 25 subscribers?

My first 25 was over the course of months, then i sort of stopped making videos for 4 months and then recently rebooted the channel and went from 25 last night, to 30 today.
 
Hard work, dedication, and proper promoting is really all you need. Oh, and a little bit of luck. Just a little. But yeah, the first 25 shouldn't bee too hard to get. You'll get them soon enough.
 
Post stuff that other's haven't done before. I see you're doing nails, post nail designs that are unique and totally made up by you. Show personality in your videos, make a reason for the viewer to stay. There's a long list of thinks you can do, but that is pretty much one of the big ones.
 
If you keep on producing quality content on a regular basis, you will reach it soon enough. Don't ever stop because growth is too slow. If you really enjoy making videos, people will see that and subscribe.

We will carry on, even if we have made 50 videos and have 5 subscribers!
 
Just keep going with videos, make then better and better getting out there to let people know about your channel, it does take a while but you get there :)
 
Try reaching out to others and interacting with communities just like here at yttalk! It's a great way to make some friends who will support you and be there if you need help!
