Samsung Galaxy II: 1 minute is 88-89mb
Canon 60D: 1 minute is 130mb
Both on 1080p but the Canon has 18mp while the Samsung has 8mp

Most of my videos when done editing are around 103-105mb per minute

Raw files for me are over 100GB but after encoding its around 2GB for a 15 minute full 1080P clip.
