I tried it out and lost alot of quality in the video. As well I've been reading that when you start reducing the file size that you loose video quality.

I think I'll just have to take my own advice and play around till I get the results that I want.

You can adjust the resolution in Vegas Pro and also in Total Video Converter(Options>Resize).

My videos are normally 400mb - 600mb, for 5-8 Minutes of edited material, I export my videos in 1920 x 1080p, in a WMV format...

Over 10 mins at 720p is like 220 Mb. But I hardly ever do videos that long anymore. So 4-5mins= around 80-100mb at 720p on a .flv file.

Cool, at least I know i'm not the only one, how long does your rendering take? mine is 30mins - 1hour...average 4-8 minute videos..
