I've Got It
Hey guys I was wondering what would the implications be if I rendered a video in sony vegas with 4k and 60 fps. I have a amd fx 8350 so rendering times aren't a problem I was just wondering if I was to upload to YouTube would it be ok or is the efficiency of the clip not be worth it?

Well first of all be prepared for an insanely huge filesize and consider your internet connection in that regard. Offering viewers a higher resolution is always good as it will probably be the standard in a couple of years. So if you can produce 4K content now then by all means go for it.

ok thanks :) I have no issue with file size xD and my internet is over 100 mbs so I should be ok right ^^? thanks for the fast reply. I did 1080 60 fps but is there that much difference between the two would it be better to have 4k 30 fps or 1080 and 60 fps?

I'm assuming you have the hardware to actually record 4K footage? Because there's little point in upscaling.

For gaming I'd say 60FPS makes for a better viewing experience at all times. If you can go 4K60 then you've got a win win right there. And yeah 100mbps internet should be more than enough assuming you don't have a limited data package or anything weird like that.
