You have had no knowing of that account before they contacted you. I don't think they can make anything out of it.
They could maybe if they are a registerred trademark otherwise just no.

I wouldn't even acknowledge that you might be copying/using a similar name, might give them more fuel.
 
Just tell them no politely. It's better that you don't respond to them rudely in case they decide to bot your channel as revenge.

I wouldn't ignore that you need to be kind alway's never lose your ground. They might be bluffing. And if they will try to get your channel changed let them do all the research. They might give a response with Ok we will contact someone right now. I wouldn't respond to that answer.
Just wait until someone from Youtube or something like that contacts you. (Might still be them pretending) In that case they are wrong.
If they say you stole their name to youtube they wouldn't get an answer in a month or 2 I thing. Maybe never.
So I wouldn't be afraid of them.

Yeah i know, none of them have any videos that can be taken seriously by anyone, nor has either of them made a video in a year
