Have you ever been recognized in Public from your videos!?

Here's my recognition story (not from YouTube, but I like it):

Years ago, I was standing in line at CVS (American pharmacy store) and Nancy Kerrigan (Olympic skater, who happens to be from my town) was in line ahead of me. Two women were ahead of her, and they kept looking backwards and whispering at one another. Nancy Kerrigan was getting a little bit uncomfortable in that, "Yes, I'm a celebrity, but I'm just here to buy my Band Aids in peace," kind of way and looked up when one of the women stepped back in line, passed her by, and came up to ME and said, "Isn't your name Patrick? I just LOVED you in 'The American Clock'! You played all those characters so well!"

I'd just been in a play in town the week before. Ms. Kerrigan was NOT AMUSED, but I had a story I can tell at parties forever from that.

Hello everyone! I am just interested to see if there is anyone that has been recognized in public because of their youtube videos? What was the interaction like? Was it awkward? Were you nervous?
It's not quite just from YouTube, but I met a bunch of Dalmatian owners out here and they recognized me from Facebook in the Dalmatian forums. They definitely recognized Ollie from pictures and YouTube videos I share in there though and said they loved watching him. I have a couple videos from the meet up, there were 17 Dalmatians at once at one point! Sadly Max which pops up in my video a majority of the time died about a week ago. I also met up with another Dalmatian named Ollie at a dog show, I also met them on Facebook. I told them they need to start a YouTube channel, their dog does unboxings of his toys. Pretty cool to meet people in person that you have only met online.[DOUBLEPOST=1464188244,1464188130][/DOUBLEPOST]
