Ohhh! In that case, maybe look at doing a "weekly montage' of the best moments from that week.

Could be a good idea to set one 'editor' for this montage. Get everybody playing the same game, then storyboard an overall 'theme' for the video. All submissions go to the editor who can then tease a video from the footage.

I have a YouTube group too. Although we've all been close friends so we live near each other. But even then we have trouble all getting together to play games because of our schedules. What I think you should do is just try to get at least two people together at the same time and when you have the rare opportunity to get everyone together then back draft a decent amount of uploads so that you can post one weekly and make them last until the next opportunity to play together.

I got some Advice. Make sure you stay active no point making one video because you audience want to see more so just stay active and dont
give up it takes time to gain Subscribers/Veiws Your not going to get in a click so patience is the way i handle things =)
