Group Channel Advice/Thoughts

So me and a group of friends on Youtube decided to start up a group Gaming channel.
It hasn't been finalized yet, but...

Are there any tips that you guys can give me on this? Like any advice at all?

Do your best to keep an active schedule, as in you each have a certain day where you upload. Then once a week you can have a group video with all of you in it?

Thanks for the advice! I told them the once in a day upload thingy, but group videoing may be tough, (we all live in different time zones)

Ohhh! In that case, maybe look at doing a "weekly montage' of the best moments from that week.

Make sure that people know who is who and also make sure that you have a person covering these types of moods
1.the serious factual guy
2. The always hyper gamer.
3. The quiet one who when says something it is funny
4.A noob.

A lot of people have on Youtube groups like that, you know, it's like the norm.
