You have to wait 6 months and then study the copyright rules and do the test. Or dispute it if you had the rights to the song.

Maybe, if you're already with an mcm then some will let you stay on and some won't. If you've got a straight youtube partnership your monetisation will most likely be disabled. And most mcm's won't accept you with a copyright strike so you'll have to wait till it's gone

I got 2nd WARNING! until 6 month see if I am good behaviour like I am CRAZY DANGEROUS PRANKSTER on my YouTube.
1st WARNING! for COPYRIGHT of "KIDS DRUNK VODKA!" from Facebook video.
2nd WARNING! for "OSAMA BIN LADEN CKHEAD!" which it is violent video, DAMN!
All other my videos are NO PLM!
You will see 6 month later back to NORMAL and ENABLE.
p.s. If you are NOT HAPPY about your VIDEOS then use APPEAL VIDEOS.

Why would you even upload copyrighted video and then try to monetize it when you're partnered? It's a violation of the Youtube policy and probably your networks policy as well.
