Google Plus Commenting on YouTube - ALL G+ COMMENTS POSTS HERE

Everytime Youtube or Google change something, people going crazy and hate all new stuff.
But in 2-3 weeks they accept the new system.
People get in rage, not because the system is bad, because people dont like changes and HAVE TO hate all the new stuff.

No, this time the system actually is bad... infact it's horrible.
And with large channels turning off comments YouTube will and are doing something about some of the issues.

You know, this Bob b******t was never clever. Didn't we get over this chain message thing 7 years ago? Now the internet is so underdeveloped that we have to resort bringing up back old crappy memes to force again?

And even so, what the f**k is the point of Bob?

The closest G+ should have ever got to YouTube was connected accounts. I do not know where Google are taking this, but it does not look good.

Up until today, the top comments section on a video was just like the old one, with a few extra ones. There would be comments from hours before (depending on how popular the video was) and they would stay there because they were constantly getting thumbed up. Starting today, top comments is like a filtered newest comments. There is a new one every minutes or less. No matter how many upvotes a comment has, it doesn't stick. Does anyone else notice this?

To clarify:
No, what I mean is that it isn't actually the "Top Comments" Notice how they are all a matter of seconds/minutes old, without any ratings (other than Shane's but it's his channel...) just yesterday there would be 4/5 actual top comments with lots of thumbs up that were old because... well they were top comments and kept on getting upvoted. The new "top comments" are seemingly random.
