I like using blab.im where I can talk to my audience live. It allows me to answer any of their questions and get to know them more personally.

I've never tried blab.im before. Gotta check that out for myself. Have you considered using YouTube live stream instead? Is blab.im better than YouTube live stream?

I love trying to interact with the audience because is the best part of the channel, that's why I always talk during my videos watching directly the camera as much as I can. Also I like to do some vlogs (in fact soon I will uplaod the first part of a vlog series) and I always reply to comments.
Moreover I'm trying to be active on twitter. More than this I don't know what to do xD.

We just make sure to reply to every comment we get. We also put out a vlog last week talking with our viewers and giving them a bit more insight about us.

Talking /to/ your audience rather than just talking /at/ them is the best way to go about it. Sure, vlog about whatever you're most comfortable doing, but it's important to remind the people watching your videos that you really appreciate them taking time out of their day to look at what you do.
Ask them questions, ask for suggestions, reply to their comments on YouTube/Twitter/Facebook - things like that!

I definitely try to connect with my audience, even though I don't address them directly (much) in the videos I make. I love having extended conversations in the comments, and sometimes that bleeds into other social media areas, like Twitter or Instagram messenger. Just be honest and really listen to what people have to say. Generally, we all do this and watch YouTube (if we do for an extended time) because we want to connect with others, so it should be a fairly easy entry into connecting on some level.

The main thing I do at the end of every video is say "I hope you learned a thing or two, and if you'd like to learn a third, leave your thoughts in the comments below!"

By doing this, I'm inviting any human who views my content to let me know whether or not they'd like to hear more on the topic I've discussed and I also take suggestions for future educational videos! You never know what people are interested in learning, and I love hearing from everyone!

I think I'll try something like that on my next video!
