Giving up? How do you stay motivated?

Well just some minutes ago I checked Socialblade out of curiosity, and the future projections shown that my future sub count will only go down instead of up ahahah. Looking at those types of numbers can make you feel really sad, especially when you compare your channel to someone elses (that did much more than you).
Comparisons are inevitable but remember that every channel grows at his own pace and has his own history.
I'm stopping to focus so much on numbers (despite when I do that I feel really sad) and focusing a bit more on what to do to improve.
Every one has a reason why they started the channel, I have mine and I want to achieve that (for how much difficult it will be)!

When people come and say "I like your video, hope you do better" or "You should have more subscribers, your videos are amazing" that's what kicks my gears and keep me motivated
