Getting "Wanna be friends?" comment on every new upload

So, on my latest upload today, I got the comment twice. How many thousands of reports of spam on this person's comments and channel would they be receiving every day? How is this possible to continue?
 
Happened to me too. Guy called Logan randomly commenting "Wanna be friends". It was crazy to see that he had 50k subs without a single video while I don't even have 5.
 
I think i know how this happen, remamber that google+ and youtube were together once? Well since it got deleted a long time ago, some part of it may have been left behind that causes exploits to be triggered. Some kind of auto redirect to users youtube channel since 99% dont have google+ business.
