Getting out there as a gaming channel.

Hello people, Secrecy here and I have a question about getting more views and subscribers. I have started a gaming channel and I know that there are thousands of other gaming channel. So as I bet you can guess I am having trouble getting out there. I know I need to be original but I'm having trouble thinking of ways. I appreciate any help given and will accept any criticism. I am currently only at thirty six subscribers and would like to grow larger.

Keep uploading bahs, do a small bit of promotion, but do it properly, collab with other people, work on SEO. ATM I cannot look at your channel so once I'm on my PC I'll check out your channel.

Chose a niche : don't play call of duty but a less saturated game. For example myself. I gained 700 subs with doing DayZ Standalone Guides.
