Getting in early on everything?

As a youtuber, how powerful is it to get in early on something? (ex. new games, software, or websites)

While I can only speak for my Channel it often doesn`t matter when you upload something as long as you do.

Not very, when I hear about a new song I usually wait a few months before going to check it out. I believe this is the mind of the typical consumer.

I think getting in early on something like a new game for example would be very helpful to the first people to be posting it
