Frozen subscribers, views and likes ???

What is going on with YouTube !!! I hope it's just not my channel experiencing this issue. For the last two days a few of my views aren't moving at all, my subscriber count is frozen and when I try to like other people's comments on other channels it's not working.

I know for one day this month youtube has had a problem with views.

I dunno what's going on myself. The 2 videos I put up today seem to either have their views frozen or for some reason nobody's watching my videos... which is weird.

Is it a bug or is it just slow traffic on Youtube today? I mean I normally would have views in the 30's on my videos by now, especially when one is an unboxing, but instead I'm getting 14 and 8 right now...

This happens a few times per year. My channel has a three day backlog. The 4th, 6th, and 7th are not online just yet.
