Services Free Avatars, Banners, anything graphic related

It would be great if you could design me a youtube banner.
Just the normal banner size

Colour scheme: blue and black
The rest i guess is up to you :p it would be good if you could include a GoPro Hero 3 Black edition somewhere on the banner too. (Refer to my current banner for what it looks like if you need)

Dimensions: However big it has to be in order to be a Channel Banner on YT
Color Scheme: Green XD
