Fps 24 or 30?

For some reason I use 60fps just because my camera can and will do that, I can't say if it looks different to if I didn't but the quality is great :)
 
I always use 60FPS aswell for my gaming videos. For gaming it's much better, but maybe for vlogs or other videos I would do 30fps. ;)

I like to use the 60 fps setting on my camera because it makes movements look more crisp, but my computer can't really handle that high of a frame rate so... back to 30! :P
Wait... I'm having a thought right now and I just realized that I stopped using my computer for editing and started using my boyfriend's ... ... which is a mac... and can probably handle 60fps... ... *evil eyes and grin* this is gonna be good >:3

Or not... I'll probably stick to 60. I don't know. Why am I ranting?

My film teacher once told me that 60fps was better for green screen footage as it helped with color and light better. Don't know if that's true.

I should stick with 30fps for YouTube or 24fps? Maybe 60fps for faster motion?

I can definitely see it helping with green screen! Generally, it helps cut back on motion blur, so you'll have crisper more defined edges and you'll get less of that subtle green halo effect sometimes seen in videos. Of course... lighting the green background properly will also help cut back on this, but that's another story.
 
I'm a vlogger, so frame rate doesn't matter too much to me. I just stand there and talk to a camera haha.

I use 24fps though. 24fps is commonly used to give a cinematic look. Also the file sizes are smaller since there are less frames per second.

Personally, I would just try out the different frame rates and use what you like.

Edit: I forgot to answer your question, but youtube accepts most FPS

"Common frame rates include: 24, 25, 30, 48, 50, 60 frames per second (other frame rates are also acceptable)."
