For channels with 100+ Subscribers

Actually took 3 days, because a Facebook page with 40k likes shared one of my first videos, and it just exploded from there, but the ascent has been slow from there.
 
Well it depends on how well you promote yourself and your channel.
Most oftenly, it takes about 3-4 months to get 100 subscribers.
I started a month ago and I currently have 55 subscribers.
Try to advertise the channel without being spammy and if you got some friends who could share it somewhere ask them for help and so.

My very first video hit the youtube with great power as it soon became top 1 and gave me a lot of subs. So I guss it was less than month for me.
 
I started in April '15 and hit 100 subscribers in August '15. As SuperSupriseFun stated, it accelerates. I'm almost at 1300 now.

I think you are doing good... Hell I am almost at 100 and have had my channel for about a year.. some people grow faster but I guess it depends on the videos you make as well... I find that each video I make gets better =) the subscribers will come... if you build it they will come bwhahahaha anyone remember that movie or just me???
 
When I started my current channel I was on this site a lot (around the beginning of 2014) and it took me about a month and a half to reach 100. Then it just slowed down
 
I don't even know, somedays a viewer told me "congrats for 222 subs" and I was, what ? What is subs ? lol
It is when I started to care ! :)
