Nope, actually he`s not, the publisher of that game follows the rules and is strict on them, it falls under no section of fair use...
The publisher has every right to strike the video down with or without the cut-scenes!
How many Arkham City lets plays have there been? Thousands right? Technically they can give him a strike, but so long as there are no cutscenes, it's very unlikely

No... you don`t understand.

No cut-scenes just makes it harder for them to be noticed by Content_ID. That publisher does not like their content being uploaded without permission so cutscenes or no cutscenes they`re going to match/strike your video...

My point was, if he removes the videos and edits out the cutscenes, his chances are better. Not good, but better. I uploaded Arkham City and was fine. But I also removed cutscenes.
