So one of my favorite YouTubers is I Hate Everything and one thing I like about his videos is how he has those characters he has hover and move a around the screen with realistic physics (sort of) and more recently has one of them rock back and forth in a smooth motion.
For an example of what I mean you can look up his latest video, "I HATE REVIEW SCORES" (top result on YouTube). Notice how the aquaman character and his floating head character float in place and around the screen so smoothly as well as his full body character rock back and forth. Does anybody know how to replicate that floating/hover effect and/or what software you can use to do it?
