This is my first week on YouTube I got 3 videos up right now they all have decent video quality. I'm still learning the ropes. I took my time in creating my banner and I just learned out to do thumbnails. I would like to do how to videos. For example "How to stay positive." Any advice on growing a channel genuinely?

Most important is (in my opinion): never rush yourself to make a new Video for example if you havent uploaded something for a few days
Take your time to makr everything exactly like you want it and makes it perfect in your opinion :)
And never loose Motivation because of a dislike or 2 :)

Thats just my opiniom here :)

Hmm, for your "Cousin Tag" video, I'd suggest that you play a different clip at the very beginning before the intro. Lots of YouTubers play something interesting or intriguing from the middle of the video to entice the watcher to get to that point to find the context, then play the channel intro before verbally introducing the video. Right now there's a lot of sort of "dead space" before the video where nothing really interesting or useful is so it might be prudent to keep that in mind for future videos.

Regarding the pixelation, I know you mentioned it in the description, buuuut it really is quite distracting so it might be a good idea to figure out what's causing it or use an alternate video capture device in the meantime.

In your channel intro, you need to work on the lighting a bit. Too much light is coming from behind and not enough is coming from in front of you so your face loses a lot of definition and detail. However, in the cousin tag, the lighting is just fine.

Regarding the channel banner, is your name covering up some other wording? It just all seems very messy, just in the area where your name is. Otherwise, the banner is nice and bright and fits with the theme of the channel.

The thumbnails do need a little work. Mainly, the text needs to be a little bigger since it's unreadable as a related video thumbnail and it needs some kind of stroke around the text. Currently, the yellow and the other color kind of just meld together.

Overall, the channels off to a good start. You have a consistent schedule and you've stuck to it so far. However, I don't really see how all your videos so far really tie into the idea of "I really just want to inspire, motivate and make people feel good about themselves," but perhaps it's just to soon to tell.

I hope that you can gather some useful information from this and good luck! ^_^

Thanks @Mithril I did. The cousin tag is fine before I uploaded it gets all jacked up when I upload it to my laptop I'm still looking for a reason why. You're right the intro to cousin tag needs to be more interesting. The intro lighting is bad I actually said it in the video but I edited that part out lol The channel banner I watched a tutorial and on it. I was up all night trying to figure out how the YouTuber didn't have the junk behind her name on her banner. Yea I agree on the thumbnails I think I'm just going to keep them simple for now on. About my channel being inspiring and motivational I just shoot a video today about not giving up that will be out Monday. I really appreciate you taking the time out to give me some honest feed back! From here on out I'll go by this!

Thank you @CramBeats For your opinion! That's some good advice I'll definitely keep that in mind and not rush any videos. You guys really helped me out a lot!

One advice from me is never rush your videos make them gradually each day and post good quality content as said before. Keep posting no matter what. There will be times when views and subs wont pass by but those times have come to pass and not to stay. Keep grinding
