Finding people from Tech, Fashion or Food blog channels to collaborate with in India or in UAE ( Dubai)

I have been constantly searching for creators on YouTube who I would be able to collaborate with, unfortunately most YouTubers just deny or don't bother to respond keeping in mind the fact that we are at the initial stages of our channel. it would be really helpful if like-minded people come forward and probably we could even create amazing videos together for everyone.
