Feedback on my New Gaming Channel?

Hi,
I've just made a Gaming Channel where I play various games. I usually play xbox360 games like fat 5, cod, skyrim, dark souls, etc. but right now I've just uploaded games I play on apps.
I feel like it's impossible to get views and likes, plus I'm a girl and most gaming channels are guys Which doesn't make it easier haha

One thing I noticed was your audio, you are just a bit to quiet and part of what makes gaming videos enjoyable is the commentary so try upping the volume on whatever you record audio off of or boosting it in post on programs like Audacity would be a good place to start. Another thing is be creative with your thumbnails throw in some color or maybe a screen shot of a funny moment with some fancy text over it, you want to bring people in and the first part of that is getting them to click onto your videos and a good thumbnail is a big part of that. Looking at your Agario video I though some music would have been a great addition to improve it but then I really listened and I heard did actually put some in but its almost inaudible so make sure in videos like that to put the audio at a level where it can be heard in the background but at the same time you are still the primary focus in the video. The last few things are just try and get proper channel art such as a banner and logo (goes a long way in making a good first impression on people if your channel looks professional :)) try to get a schedule going if possible so people know when to come back to see videos, and join a social media platform like twitter or your preferred platform to help get your videos out there and interact with other YTubers.
