Feedback New Gaming channel?

whhaaattsssupppp great people,

I have a starting youtube channel and my question to you guys is
if you can review my channel. I would like you to criticize one of my dark souls 3
commentary viddies and if you don't got the time or feel like it, can you just give me some feedback
on my profile pic and banner.

The main problem I had was just that the videos were way to long. also add variety instead of 13 straight lets plays of the same game. But I do like the thumbnails, and physical look of your channel

Thank you very much for taking the time to review my channel and I appreciate your feedback.
So what would you suggest how to make the videos in the walkthrough, should I just make them like
10 or 15 min. max and highlight the videos more?

the bigger youtube channels all have alot of parts in the walkthrough, I think the most have
like around 20 parts on average so that was kinda like my inspiration...

Nevertheless do you have any tips on my commentary or do you think it's good enough?
